Microsuction
Ear microsuction is the most advanced and safest method for earwax removal. It is the process where ear wax is removed from the ear canal, with the aid of a microscope and suction device. It is a non-invasive and painless procedure and is generally considered the safest way to remove earwax. During the procedure, a specially designed suction device removes the wax gently. The procedure usually takes 30 minutes, and patients benefit significantly from the treatment immediately.
Irrigation
Warm water irrigation, gently removes the wax by using a controlled, low pressure water jet which is angled towards the ear canal wall rather than at the actual blockage (which may push the wax deeper and cause discomfort or ear pain).

What is earwax?
Naturally produced in the ear canal, earwax moisturises and protects them from dust, germs, irritation and even insects. Most people don’t need to remove it because our ears are ‘self-cleaning’ - earwax moves from part way down the canal to the outside of your ear naturally.
